Summary History

AlphaSum retains summaries so that users can refer back to recent insights without regenerating them:

Default Limit of Five

  • Rolling Storage: When a sixth summary is generated, the oldest summary is automatically discarded, maintaining a rolling set of five.

  • Tier-Based Expansion: Premium or Pro tiers expand the summary history capacity (e.g. 5 for Premium, up to 20 for Pro).

Data Deletion

  • Revocation Consequence: If the user revokes AlphaSum’s authorization, all summary histories and any other personally linked data are purged from the system.

  • No Long-Term Archives: AlphaSum does not act as a permanent repository of user data; storage exists for user convenience within the scope of the user’s subscription plan.
